How long is the colonic hydrotherapy training course?+
The programme is usually 5-6 months. Current course material describes 4 theory weekends, 8 practical training days and 15 supervised practical sessions.
How many students are in each intake?+
Training is intentionally small-group. Nottingham Colonic School usually trains 3 students per intake so Jane can support students closely.
What is the minimum entry requirement?+
Level 3 anatomy and physiology is the minimum requirement. Depending on your background, Jane may also advise additional bodywork or nutrition training before or alongside the course.
Do I need First Aid, DBS and insurance?+
Yes. Current course requirements include First Aid, an up-to-date DBS check and student insurance. These are part of preparing to train and practise professionally.
How much does the course cost?+
The course fee is £3,500. A £500 non-refundable deposit secures a place once suitability is confirmed, with the £3,000 balance due later according to the course terms.
Where does practical training take place?+
Practical training is based through Nottingham Colonic School and Gedling Colonics clinic expertise in Gedling, Nottingham. Travel and accommodation are separate from the course fee.
Is the course ARCH and CNHC accredited?+
The training is described as ARCH & CNHC accredited and aligned to professional standards. Any formal logo or mark usage should follow the relevant body permissions.
Can clinic owners train suitable staff?+
Yes. Clinic, spa and retreat owners can enquire about training suitable team members. Team and international enquiries are reviewed case by case rather than sent directly to checkout.
Can international students enquire?+
Yes. International students and businesses can enquire. Nottingham Colonic School is UK-based, and local legal, insurance and professional requirements may vary by country.
